Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and food was good.

Smoking in the bar.The lifts are very poor, only one working lift for breakfast.Took two authorisation payments and credit card can’t cancel. I need to wait and see what happens in next few days.These things are just my personal dislikes but overall the hotel was perfect for my stay.

Beautiful, well situated, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

The fact that we had to wait longer (but to be fair no more than 45 minutes) for a special request even though it was requested more than a month before.

The place is getting old. And this becomes a problem. Been in the same location a long period 2019 and I found it very nice. 4 years later, is visible aged, less light in the corners and less light in the dinning room/cantina, making it difficult to validate if it is clean. Food (both breakfast and dinner) looks and tastes as no passion, no vibration, from kitchen and cooks and chef(s). It is sad.It needs a urgent shake-up! Being bought by Marriot (apparently) did not solve any issue. Except maybe the TV channels...

Staff were helpful

It is more expensive than its real value. Do not take 'in-room price list' into account while ordering something to the room. They charge something more than the price list. The hotel does not communicate on booking.com with the guest. I tried to arrange a hotel pick-up from airport but nobody answered my msgs through booking.com Hotel room telephone screen is in French. You can not use it if you can speak other languages than French. It is not clear if the room has sea view or city view when you book the room in the booking.com. More explanations are necessary. There is no 'do not disturb' table for the door. If you are sleeping in the room and dont want room cleaning you can ot communicate this.

The parking doesn't give a direct access to the looby.

I was attending a conference at Le Meridien, but initially didn't want to stay at the hotel, as it is pretty pricy. After a couple days at a different accommodation however, I was over it and checked into Le Meridien. It was a sigh of relief. Really nice room, clean, comfortable, convenient. Overall, a great stay. I'd book here again.

The price is a little high. I also was forced to move from the first room we were given, as the AC wasn't working. My husband had gone down to reception (the room's phone also wasn't working), and we were told they'd send someone. But after waiting an hour, he had to go down again, and this time, we were moved to another room.

we ordered a hotel shuttle to the airport but on leaving they had not done this.

The rooms were excellent and spacious and the general feel was great. Bar is nice and the food there was good, also the staff are very friendly.

The check-in and check-out is very slow, the hotel should implement an automated system, it seems a bit archaic to use paper invoices and copies of pre-authorizations in 2023.

The room was excellent, wonderful view of the beach. Warm stuff very friendly and professional.

I didn't like that the shuttle wasn't available at the time of of my arrival. As a female solo traveler, taking a cab around midnight is a bit worrisome.I wish the shuttle would be available when needed as we depend on it and we have no control over travel time.

Uneventful

I was disappointed when I arrived for my honeymoon nights that there was no special thing done in the room. When I booked the room, they told me in a message that they will prepare something special as they usually do for honeymooners. Disappointed to say the least for a bonvoy member.
